My experience managing complex sales cycles and building strategic relationships aligns perfectly with the responsibilities outlined.
I am particularly drawn to Document Crunch's mission of creating a future of zero project disputes through AI. My background in construction technology and contract risk management has equipped me with the insights to effectively communicate your value proposition to prospects.

Sample interview questions
In my previous role, I sold a compliance software to construction firms. I identified a general contractor with multiple stakeholders including the VP of Ops, Legal, and IT. I facilitated a demo that addressed each stakeholder's pain points—risk reduction for legal, efficiency for ops, and integration for IT. I also provided case studies and ROI analysis to build consensus, ultimately closing a 6-figure deal.
I use a tiered account prioritization based on potential revenue, relationship strength, and time to close. For travel, I group meetings geographically and schedule them on consecutive days. I leverage CRM tools to track activities and set daily goals, ensuring I balance prospecting and account management even while on the road.
I had a key account that was considering a competitor due to perceived lack of support. I scheduled an executive visit, listened to their concerns, and implemented a dedicated success plan. I also offered a pilot for a new feature that addressed their needs. The relationship strengthened, and they renewed with a 20% expansion.
I subscribe to industry publications like Construction Dive and follow key influencers on LinkedIn. I also attend webinars and conferences such as Autodesk University. Additionally, I participate in internal training and collaborate with product teams to understand our AI capabilities and how they compare to competitors.
I would start by understanding their specific pain points, such as contract inconsistencies leading to disputes. I would then present a targeted ROI case using real examples from similar companies. Offering a pilot or proof of concept with measurable outcomes helps build trust. I would also involve their legal and operations teams in the evaluation to ensure buy-in.
