We have built a strong in-house capability across SEO, web development, guest posts and outreach. We’re a 53-person remote company spread across 20 countries.

We’ve experienced crazy growth over the last few years and this year is shaping to be no different. We currently have 10 SEO specialists split into three pods, each supported by experienced pod leads and an in-house Head of SEO. We treat contractors like full-time team members – you’ll be paid twice monthly, with unlimited PTO, no time tracking, and no invoicing required. We hire grown-ups to do grown-up work.ย 

We expect high ownership in return, but if you thrive with independence and genuinely care about client outcomes, you’ll fit right in.We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to independently own client accounts and drive real results.

You’ll be a strategic partner, not just a task executor. We need someone who understands SEO at its core – someone whose experience predates the AI era and who can think critically about our products and processes.

In this role, you will:
