Forward Deployed Experts (FD/X) are AI-fluent, full-stack operators embedded within client teams to help solve complex business challenges through AI-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technical execution, and AI transformation, requiring someone who can quickly understand workflows, identify high-impact opportunities, and translate business needs into practical solutions. The FD/X will partner closely with stakeholders to design, prototype, and implement AI-powered workflows, tools, and systems that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical fluency, business acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and workflow optimization

  • Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and process improvement
