I have over 8 years of experience selling IoT connectivity solutions, including cellular IoT, managed connectivity, and platform services. I have closed deals with large logistics companies for fleet tracking, industrial manufacturers for telemetry, and broadcasters for live media connectivity. My approach involves understanding the customer's specific use cases and demonstrating how reliable connectivity improves operational efficiency and enables real-time decision-making.
I start by identifying key partners such as system integrators, MSPs, and technology alliances that align with our solution. I establish joint business plans, co-sell agreements, and provide training to ensure they can effectively represent our offering. I also measure partner performance through regular business reviews and adjust strategies to maximize mutual growth.
I led a deal with a global logistics company that involved stakeholders from IT, operations, and procurement across three regions. I coordinated with internal teams for customized pricing and service levels, and facilitated multiple workshops to align on value. By building strong relationships with each decision-maker and demonstrating ROI, I closed a multi-million dollar contract for a 3-year IoT connectivity solution.
I regularly attend industry conferences, follow thought leaders, and participate in IoT-focused webinars. I also analyze customer feedback and competitive landscape.
