Sample interview questions
I segment accounts by renewal risk, product adoption, growth potential, and stakeholder coverage. I then create account plans with measurable next steps, align recommendations to the partner's business objectives, and maintain a consistent cadence to progress expansion opportunities.
I would first diagnose the adoption gap through usage data and conversations with technical and business stakeholders. From there, I would jointly define the desired outcome, remove enablement or process barriers, and establish a success plan with milestones that demonstrate value to the partner and its customers.
I would track net and gross dollar retention, renewal rate, expansion pipeline, product adoption, partner engagement, stakeholder coverage, forecast accuracy, and partner satisfaction. These measures balance short-term revenue performance with the health of long-term partner relationships.
I would address the concern directly and seek to understand the underlying business, technical, commercial, or service issue. I would quantify Huntress's value against the partner's objectives, coordinate internal resources where needed, and build a clear mutual action plan that resolves risks before the renewal deadline.
I use AI to accelerate meeting preparation, summarize calls, organize follow-ups, and identify themes across account notes. I validate outputs against CRM records and my own judgment, protect confidential information, and ensure that relationship decisions remain grounded in accurate partner context.
