Sample interview questions
I begin by understanding the audience, business objectives, and existing search visibility. I use keyword tools, search-result analysis, and native-language judgment to identify intent, terminology, variants, and local phrasing, then prioritize terms by relevance, opportunity, and conversion potential.
I would review search intent, rankings, competitors, technical accessibility, page structure, metadata, internal links, and content depth. I would then recommend targeted improvements to the title, headings, copy, structured elements, and calls to action, measuring results after implementation.
They help me identify issues such as missing or duplicated tags, improper heading structure, blocked links, rendering problems, and content that search engines may not process correctly. This knowledge also lets me communicate clear, practical requirements to developers.
I would not rely on literal translation alone. I would validate native phrasing through search results, keyword data, competitor language, and cultural context, then select the term that best matches how Norwegian users actually search.
I would include organic traffic, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, keyword visibility, rankings for priority terms, landing-page performance, conversions where tracking is available, and a concise explanation of completed work, insights, and next actions.
