Track and Trace Agent

I am Vukasin Lazic, an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT sales, security surveillance, vehicle inspection, and logistics tracking. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in managing data, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring smooth operations in logistics environments. My career started in IT sales and support, where I gained valuable customer interaction and technical troubleshooting experience.

Later, I transitioned into security roles at the New American Embassy in Belgrade, where I was responsible for surveillance, truck screening, and entrance safety control. This role enhanced my attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Following that, I worked as a vehicle inspector, handling documentation and safety compliance, which strengthened my organizational and administrative skills.

Since 2018, I have been working as a Track and Trace Agent, first at Rabbit Inc. and currently at IMG Logistics. My responsibilities include tracking routed truck drivers, managing large data tables, making and receiving calls, and providing timely updates. I am accustomed to night shifts and flexible working hours, demonstrating my commitment and reliability.

I am fluent in Serbian and English, with intermediate skills in Thai, which helps me communicate effectively in multicultural environments. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications and various logistics software such as DAT Power, Sylectus, and ELD, enabling me to handle digital tools efficiently.

I am seeking to continue my career in logistics or related fields where I can apply my experience in tracking, communication, and data management. I am a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic and challenging work settings.
