I am writing to apply for the Channel Solutions Associate position at Maven Clinic. With over four years of experience in project management and operations within healthcare technology, I have successfully driven cross-functional initiatives and improved client delivery processes. Your mission to make healthcare work for all resonates deeply with me, and I am eager to contribute to Maven's channel growth. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am comfortable navigating ambiguity to achieve results.

Thank you for considering my application.

Can you describe a time when you managed a project with multiple stakeholders?
In my previous role, I coordinated a provider credentialing project involving clinical, legal, and sales teams. I established clear timelines, held weekly check-ins, and addressed bottlenecks promptly, resulting in a 20% reduction in credentialing time.
How do you prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment?
I use a combination of urgency and impact assessments, often leveraging tools like Asana to track dependencies. I also communicate with key stakeholders to align on priorities and reassess as needed.
What experience do you have with healthcare or digital health platforms?
I have worked with health plan data and used Salesforce for tracking client interactions. Additionally, I have supported the implementation of a telehealth platform, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
Describe a situation where you had to resolve a conflict between team members.
During a project, two teams disagreed on the approach for data integration. I facilitated a meeting where each side presented their case, and we collaboratively developed a hybrid solution that met both teams' needs.
Why are you interested in working at Maven Clinic?
I admire Maven's mission to make healthcare accessible and equitable. The opportunity to work in a high-growth environment on impactful channel initiatives aligns perfectly with my career goals and values.
