Key Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of HR consulting, Executive Search, and talent solutions, responsible for opening new markets, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our Executive Search footprint across mid-market and enterprise clients.

Core Sales Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, scoping, proposing, and closing new business across consulting, Executive Search, and recruiting services.

  • Prospect into new accounts to establish relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, C-suite leaders, and hiring executives seeking high-impact search support.

  • Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline across HR consulting and Executive Search opportunities.

  • Organize, host, and attend prospect and industry events that position livingHR as a leader in HR transformation and executive talent solutions.

  • Develop relationships with strategic partners (HR tech, benefits brokers, consultants, communities) to drive referrals for both consulting and Executive Search engagements.

  • Support co-branded marketing initiatives and host partner-facing events that deepen understanding of our Executive Search practice.

Executive Search & Recruiting–Specific Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand leadership gaps, role profiles, search strategy, compensation ranges, and success criteria for executive-level and specialized hiring.

  • Position livingHR’s Executive Search practice—including contingent, retained, and interim leadership solutions—as a strategic partner, not a vendor.

  • Collaborate with our Search & Delivery teams to build tailored, insights-driven proposals for C-level, VP, Director, and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Educate prospects on our search process: discovery, market mapping, sourcing, assessments, slate delivery, and candidate experience.

  • Work with Delivery leaders to set realistic timelines, define search KPIs, and ensure transparent communication throughout each engagement.

  • Cross-sell recruiting support solutions—including project-based recruiting, Talent Acquisition advisory, and interim TA resources.

  • Present thought leadership on hiring trends, compensation insights, DEIB in recruiting, and the evolving talent market.
