Dear Hiring Team,
I am excited to apply for the Field Marketing Manager DACH role at ecosio. My experience delivering integrated B2B field marketing programs, events, and post-event follow-up would enable me to build qualified pipeline across German-speaking markets. I bring a data-driven, customer-focused approach to campaign execution and enjoy partnering closely with Sales, Content, Design, and Growth teams.
I am particularly drawn to ecosio’s remote-first culture and its focus on creating meaningful connections that translate into measurable business outcomes. I would welcome the opportunity to help develop memorable DACH experiences that convert target accounts into customers and advocates.
Sample interview questions
I start by defining the ICP, target-account list, campaign objective, and expected funnel metrics before selecting an event or experience format. I coordinate messaging, activation plans, and SDR/Sales follow-up in advance, then measure registrations, attendance, meetings, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and influenced revenue to optimize the next program.
I adapt the core value proposition to local buyer priorities, language, partners, and market maturity while maintaining a consistent brand and campaign framework. I validate the approach with regional Sales stakeholders and use performance data to decide where additional localization or investment is needed.
Before an event, I agree on target accounts, lead qualification criteria, meeting goals, ownership, and SLAs with Sales. Afterward, I use a structured follow-up cadence with personalized content and clear reporting so that promising contacts become meetings and opportunities rather than inactive lead lists.
I prioritize programs based on expected pipeline impact, ICP fit, cost efficiency, strategic timing, and available execution capacity. I maintain a detailed budget and project plan, monitor spend and milestones frequently, and reallocate resources when results or business priorities change.
I use a shared campaign brief, regular planning checkpoints, transparent dashboards, and clear decision owners. Content and Design receive the audience insight and deadlines they need, while Sales receives concise enablement, target-account context, and follow-up expectations.
