Key Skills

Revenue Operations Salesforce Administration Salesforce CPQ B2B SaaS Data Analysis Executive Reporting GTM Systems Dashboarding Process Improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration

I am excited to apply for the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst position at Conversica. With over 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations and Salesforce administration within B2B SaaS environments, I have honed the technical and strategic skills needed to drive GTM efficiency and executive-level reporting. My expertise includes managing Salesforce CPQ configurations, building dynamic dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize quote-to-cash processes.

In my current role, I serve as the primary Salesforce admin and lead reporting for our CRO and CFO, delivering insights on pipeline, bookings, and churn that directly influence business strategy. I am particularly drawn to Conversica’s focus on AI-powered customer engagement and the opportunity to work in a lean, high-impact team where individual contributions drive visible results.

I thrive in autonomous environments and am passionate about improving data integrity and system performance. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to Conversica’s growth and operational excellence. Thank you for considering my application.

Can you walk us through a time you identified a critical issue in Salesforce or CPQ and implemented a solution? What was the impact?
In my previous role, I noticed that our quote-to-cash process had a high error rate due to manual data entry. I led a project to automate quote generation using CPQ, reducing errors by 30% and cutting processing time in half. The impact was faster deal closures and improved billing accuracy.
How do you prioritize and manage requests from multiple stakeholders like Sales, Finance, and CS for GTM system changes?
I use a ticketing system to log all requests and categorize them by urgency and impact. I hold weekly prioritization meetings with key stakeholders to align on business needs. For urgent issues, I provide quick workarounds while planning long-term fixes. This ensures transparency and that critical path items are addressed first.
Describe your experience building executive-facing dashboards. What metrics do you consider most important for a CRO or CFO?
I have built dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau that track pipeline velocity, win rates, churn, net ARR, and revenue forecasts. For executives, I focus on leading indicators like pipeline coverage ratio and lagging indicators like bookings vs. quota. I ensure dashboards are interactive and highlight trends and anomalies.
How do you maintain data integrity across GTM systems, and what steps do you take to prevent data quality issues?
I implement validation rules, duplicate management, and regular data audits. I also create documentation and training for users on proper data entry. For critical fields, I set up automated alerts for inconsistencies. I believe a proactive approach, combined with user education, is key to maintaining high data quality.
This role requires strong partnership with Deal Desk and Billing. Can you give an example of how you collaborated with these teams to improve the quote-to-cash process?
I worked closely with Deal Desk to standardize quote templates and approval workflows, reducing approval cycle time by 40%. With Billing, I automated the handoff from CPQ to NetSuite, eliminating manual entry errors. This partnership ensured a seamless experience from quote to revenue recognition.
We’re looking for a self-driven and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our lean but high-impact Revenue Operations team. This role is essential in maintaining and evolving our GTM systems and reporting infrastructure, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and driving cross-functional visibility into our pipeline, bookings, churn, and revenue performance.

This is a high-autonomy IC role that requires strong Salesforce/CPQ technical skills, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM workflows, and a strong partnership mindset. You’ll report to the CFO and partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing—serving as the internal systems owner for Salesforce and related GTM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ admin, executing system changes, implementing configuration updates, and maintaining documentation
  • Own and evolve the Revenue Operations dashboard, surfacing key insights to Sales and Executive teams around pipeline, bookings, churn, and net ARR performance
  • Support the weekly Revenue Growth Call through reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and preparation of recurring business metrics.
  • Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports for the CFO and CRO, including ARR forecasts and performance summaries like those used in board and FP&A presentations
  • Partner with our Senior Deal Desk Specialist to: Streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates, DocuSign formatting, and sales order accuracy, and ensure end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to revenue recognition
  • Intake and triage GTM systems-related requests across the Sales, CS, and Finance orgs
  • Identify and resolve Salesforce/CPQ issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including error reduction, automation, and documentation
  • Support upcoming CPQ upgrade or system transition planning and implementation
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across all GTM systems

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or Salesforce administration in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Salesforce Admin Certification required; Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist certification a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, and revenue operations processes.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally
  • Experience with GTM tool stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Marketo, Zendesk, RingLead)
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing executive-facing dashboards and ARR reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Bonus: Exposure to backend development (e.g., Apex), workflow automation, or scripting for Salesforce configuration
