I often handle last-minute changes and complex routings to ensure a seamless travel experience for executives.
I would politely explain the policy and offer alternative options that still meet the traveler's needs. If the traveler insists, I would escalate to the appropriate supervisor or account manager for a decision, ensuring the traveler feels heard while maintaining policy compliance.

VIP Travel Agent (Remote)

If you live in the Warsaw area, you will need to work in-office for 50% of working time monthly. If you work in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.
In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.).
You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products.
As a Travel Agent, you will
Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Spain: 28,000 – 32,000 EUR
- Poland: 95,000 -102.500 PLN
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
