idk about skills but i definately got better at making fancy coffee at home lol. Saves money too! π
Written communication skills skyrocket. You rely so much more on clear, concise writing when you can't just walk over to someone's desk. Also, self-discipline and time management become crucial β you really learn to structure your own day.
Mastery of digital tools! You become proficient in a wider range of collaboration software, project management platforms, and communication tech out of necessity.
Learning to build trust and rapport virtually. Its a different skill set than doing it face-to-face. Requires more intentional effort in how you communicate and collaborate online.
