Google Calendar is a powerful tool that can help you plan and organize your week. Here’s how to use Google Calendar to plan your week:

  1. Log in to your Google Calendar account: Go to calendar.google.com and log in with your Google account.
  2. Create an event: To create an event, click on the date and time in the calendar where you want the event to start. This will open a new event window where you can enter the event title, location, and other details.
  3. Set a reminder: You can set a reminder for your event by clicking on “Reminder” in the event window. You can choose to be reminded a certain amount of time before the event, or on a specific date and time.
  4. Repeat an event: If the event is a recurring event, you can set it to repeat by clicking on “Does not repeat” in the event window, then selecting the repeat option that you want.
  5. Schedule a meeting: You can schedule a meeting by clicking on the “Create” button on the top left corner of the calendar, then selecting “Event” and entering the details of the meeting.
  6. Color code events: You can color code your events to help you quickly identify different types of events. To do this, click on the event and then click on the color box next to the event title.
  7. Share your calendar: You can share your calendar with others by clicking on the “Settings” gear icon in the top right corner of the calendar, then selecting “Settings” and then “Calendars.” You can then choose to share your calendar with specific people or make it public.
  8. Use the Agenda view: You can see a list of your upcoming events by clicking on the “Agenda” button on the top right corner of the calendar.
  9. Use the “Find a Time” feature: When scheduling a meeting with multiple people, use the “Find a Time” feature to see when everyone is available.
  10. Use the “Goals” feature: You can set up personal goals and have Google calendar help you schedule them.
