When engaging with the Jobicy community, whether it’s through online platforms or during live events, we urge you to adhere to the following guidelines to guarantee a positive experience for all participants.

Be Inclusive – Jobicy embraces and supports individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds. We strive to create an inviting and inclusive atmosphere for everyone to participate in our community activities, both online and at our gatherings. This encompasses, but is not limited to, individuals of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, cultural background, national origin, social and economic status, education level, color, immigration status, sex, age, body size, family situation, political beliefs, religion, and mental and physical capabilities.

Be Respectful – It’s natural to encounter disagreements and differing views, but these situations should never serve as an excuse for disrespect towards others or their opinions. Every member of our community deserves to feel respected and safe.

Be Considerate – Practice kindness towards others. Refrain from insulting or demeaning others. We do not tolerate harassment or behaviors that exclude others. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Threats of violence.
  • Discriminatory jokes and language.
  • Use of sexually explicit or violent language.
  • Direct insults, racist or sexist language.
  • Sexual harassment.
  • Promotion of, or encouragement of any of the above behaviors.

Do Not Spam – Engaging in mass messaging, soliciting upvotes, employing bots, incentivizing upvotes, or any form of manipulation to artificially boost activity related to your contributions is prohibited. Self-promotion within comments or discussions will be moderated. We value authentic engagement and contributions. Attempts to manipulate your contributions could lead to their removal and could affect your ability to participate in the community.

Not adhering to these guidelines may lead to your expulsion or temporary suspension from the Jobicy community.
