How to Cancel my Jobicy+ Subscription?

Canceling your Jobicy+ subscription is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to stop your subscription while retaining access until the end of your billing cycle.

Ways to Cancel Your Subscription

1. The fastest way:

1. Go to the Jobicy+ Subscription page.
2. In the free plan section, click the Downgrade to Free button.
3. In the pop-up window, click Yes, cancel subscription.
4. Done. Your subscription will be canceled immediately. Once canceled, no further payments will be processed. However, you’ll continue to enjoy the benefits of Jobicy+ until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. If you’re not looking for the easy way out:

1. Go to the Billing Portal
2. Enter Your Email Address. Provide the email address associated with your Jobicy+ subscription to access your billing account.
3. Receive a confirmation email with a link to manage your subscription. Click on Log in to your customer portal.
4. After logging into the customer portal, click Cancel subscription.
5. Your subscription will be canceled immediately. Once canceled, no further payments will be processed. However, you’ll continue to enjoy the benefits of Jobicy+ until the end of your current billing cycle.

What Happens After Cancelation?

  For example, if you subscribed on September 1st and canceled on September 12th, your subscription will remain active until October 1st. After this date, it will automatically expire, and no further charges will occur.
