Reporting Suspicious Activity
To report suspicious activity or potential fraud:
- Click the ‘Report’ button next to the suspicious job posting, profile, or message
- Select the appropriate reason for reporting from the dropdown menu
- Provide as much detail as possible in the description field
- Submit your report by clicking ‘Send Report’
Types of Activity to Report
We encourage users to report:
- Job postings that request payment from applicants
- Requests to provide financial or banking information
- Suspicious external links or download requests
- Jobs with unrealistic salary offers
- Communication requesting personal information outside the platform
- Recruiters asking to pay for job placement
After Submitting a Report
After you submit a report:
- Our Trust & Safety team will review your report within 24 hours
- We may contact you for additional information if needed
Additional Security Measures
For your safety:
- Never send money to potential employers
- Don’t share sensitive personal information before formal employment offers
- Be cautious of job offers that seem too good to be true
If you believe you’ve been the victim of fraud, we recommend also reporting the incident to your local law enforcement authorities.
