FacebookTwitterLinkedIn

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your password, you’ll need to enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.

How to enable 2FA

  1. Go to your account Security settings.
  2. Find the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
  3. Click Set up 2FA Protection.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your authenticator app.
  5. Enter the verification code to confirm setup.

Once enabled, 2FA will be required each time you sign in.

How to disable 2FA

  1. Go to your account Security settings.
  2. Open the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
  3. Choose the option to disable or turn off 2FA.
  4. Confirm the action if prompted.

After 2FA is disabled, you will no longer need to enter a verification code when signing in.

Important note
For your security, keep your authenticator app and backup codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your 2FA device, you may need to contact support to regain access to your account.
