How to Enable or Disable 2FA
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. In addition to your password, you’ll need to enter a 6-digit code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
How to enable 2FA
- Go to your account Security settings.
- Find the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
- Click Set up 2FA Protection.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your authenticator app.
- Enter the verification code to confirm setup.
Once enabled, 2FA will be required each time you sign in.
How to disable 2FA
- Go to your account Security settings.
- Open the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) section.
- Choose the option to disable or turn off 2FA.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
After 2FA is disabled, you will no longer need to enter a verification code when signing in.
Important note
For your security, keep your authenticator app and backup codes in a safe place. If you lose access to your 2FA device, you may need to contact support to regain access to your account.
