What is the Action Button?

The Action Button is a prominent, customizable Call-to-Action (CTA) that appears directly on your profile’s cover banner. Instead of hoping a recruiter scrolls down to find your contact info, this button grabs their attention immediately when the page loads, directing them exactly where you want them to go.

How to Set Up Your Action Button

Setting up your CTA is incredibly simple:

1. Log in and head to your Profile Settings.
2. Hover over your cover image banner at the top of the page. You will see a button labeled “Action Button”. Click it to open the configuration modal.
3. Select your Button Text: Choose from a list of optimized, professional phrases tailored for different goals (e.g., “Book a Call”, “My Portfolio”, “My GitHub”, “Schedule Interview”, “My Website”).
