Managing Billing Details and Downloading Invoices
For business accounting and tax purposes, you may need official documentation of your advertising expenses. Our platform automatically generates professional PDF invoices for all your account top-ups and operations.
Setting Up Your Company Requisites
Before downloading any invoices, you should ensure your company details are correctly configured. This information will be printed in the “BILLED TO” section of your documents.
- Navigate to the Documents tab in your dashboard.
- Find the Billing Details section at the top of the page.
- In the text area provided, enter your complete company requisites. This typically includes your Company Name, Full Legal Address, and Tax Identification Number (VAT/TIN).
- Click the blue Save Details button.
How to Download PDF Invoices
- Below the Billing Details, you will see the Invoices table. This table lists all your financial transactions, displaying the date, invoice number, and exact amount.
- Locate the specific transaction you need documentation for.
- Click the black PDF button on the right side of that row.
- A cleanly formatted PDF document will instantly generate and download to your device.
Accounting Tip: You can update your Billing Details at any time. If your company moves to a new address, simply update the text area and save. Any invoices you generate after that point will feature the newly updated information.
