Advertising Platform Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to the Jobicy Self-Serve Advertising Platform. By accessing the platform, adding funds to your advertising account, or launching an ad campaign, you explicitly agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before initiating any transactions.
1. Advertising Balance and Payments
1.1. Payment Gateway. You can add funds to your advertising account balance through our secure payment gateway provided by Stripe.
1.2. Deposit Limits. The minimum allowed top-up amount is $10.00. The maximum top-up amount per single transaction is capped at $500.00.
1.3. Currency. All transactions, account balances, and campaign budgets are processed, calculated, and displayed strictly in US Dollars (USD).
1.4. Use of Funds. Funds added to your balance are dedicated solely to purchasing advertising placements and services on our platform.
1.5. Non-Transferability. Account balances cannot be transferred to other users, shared across different accounts, or withdrawn as cash, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
2. Billing Details and Invoices
2.1. Invoice Generation. Whenever you complete a successful real-money top-up, our system automatically generates a PDF invoice. This document can be downloaded at any time from the “Documents” tab located in your dashboard.
2.2. User Responsibility. You are fully responsible for providing accurate billing details, including your Company Name, Tax ID, and Address, within the “Billing Details” section.
2.3. Application of Details. Once saved, your billing information will be automatically applied to all future invoices generated by the system.
2.4. Exclusions. Bonus funds added to your account via Promo Codes do not constitute a real-money transaction and therefore will not generate a billing invoice.
3. Ad Creation and Moderation
3.1. Content Guidelines. All submitted ad campaigns must strictly adhere to our platform’s formatting requirements regarding titles, text lengths, URL validity, and the inclusion of a valid image.
3.2. Moderation Process. Upon creation or after a significant modification, your campaign will be placed in a “Pending” status for review by our moderation team. You cannot launch or display an ad while it is under review.
3.3. Rejections and Resubmissions. Should your ad be rejected, its status will be updated to “Rejected”. You will have the opportunity to edit the content to comply with our guidelines and save the campaign to automatically resubmit it for moderation.
3.4. Right of Refusal. We reserve the absolute right to pause, reject, or archive any campaign at our sole discretion at any time, especially if we determine that it violates our policies, promotes illegal services, or negatively impacts the overall user experience.
4. Budgets and Ad Delivery
4.1. Pricing Model. Advertising on our platform is billed on a Cost Per Mille (CPM) basis, meaning you are charged per one thousand impressions.
4.2. CPM Limits. The allowable CPM rate must fall between a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $100.00.
4.3. Budget Requirements. To ensure complete control over your spending, you are required to establish both a Total Budget and a Daily Budget for your campaigns.
4.4. Auto-Pause Mechanism. The system will automatically pause your ad delivery as soon as your Daily Budget is reached or your Total Budget is completely exhausted.
4.5. Frequency Capping. You have the option to set frequency caps to limit how many times a single user sees your advertisement within a specific timeframe (e.g., per day or per week).
5. Promo Codes and Bonuses
5.1. Issuance. From time to time, the administration may issue promotional codes at its own discretion to provide bonus advertising funds.
5.2. Single Use Policy. Each promo code can only be activated once per user account.
5.3. Expiration and Activation Limits. Promo codes may carry strict expiration dates and a maximum limit on total overall activations across the platform. Once the activation limit is reached or the expiration date passes, the code will become permanently invalid.
5.4. No Monetary Value. Bonus funds acquired through promotional codes hold no actual monetary value and cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or exchanged for real currency.
6. Refunds and Manual Adjustments
6.1. Administration Adjustments. The platform administration maintains the right to manually adjust your balance by adding or subtracting funds for necessary reasons, which may include system corrections, technical compensations, or promotional bonuses.
6.2. Adjustment Transparency. The specific reason and amount for any manual adjustment will always be transparently documented in your “Operations” history.
6.3. Refund Requests. If you wish to request a refund for unused, real-money funds, you must contact our support team directly.
6.4. Refund Processing. Refunds are granted solely at the administration’s discretion. When approved, refunds will be processed exclusively back to the original payment method used during the top-up via Stripe.
7. Advertising Content and URL Policies
7.1. Prohibited Content. To maintain a safe and professional environment, the following types of content are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate campaign rejection:
- Adult content, sexually explicit material, or nudity.
- Illegal products, services, or activities (including illicit drugs and weapons).
- Deceptive, false, or misleading claims, including “get-rich-quick” schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), and pyramid schemes.
- Malware, spyware, phishing links, or any software that violates user privacy.
- Discriminatory content, hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence.
- Unverified financial services, unregulated cryptocurrency offerings, or gambling.
7.2. Editorial and Formatting Standards. All advertisements must be clear, professional, and grammatically correct.
- Character Limits: Ad Titles must be between 5 and 40 characters. The main Ad Text must be between 20 and 140 characters. The optional Legal notice cannot exceed 140 characters.
- Capitalization and Punctuation: Excessive use of capitalization (e.g., “CLICK HERE NOW”) and repetitive punctuation (e.g., “!!!”) are not allowed.
- Clarity: The ad text must accurately reflect the product, service, or job being promoted.
7.3. Image Guidelines. Images used in campaigns must be of high quality and relevant to the advertised product or service.
- Images must not contain deceptive elements (e.g., fake “play” buttons or fake close “X” icons).
- Images must not be overly distracting, flashing, or visually aggressive.
7.4. Destination URL Requirements. The URL provided in your campaign must lead to a functional, relevant, and secure landing page.
- Relevance: The landing page content must match the offer described in the advertisement.
- Functionality: URLs must not lead to “under construction” pages, error pages (e.g., 404), or pages that require an immediate file download.
- User Experience: Landing pages must not contain malicious scripts, unexpected pop-ups, or software that traps the user on the page (e.g., disabling the browser’s “Back” button).
- Redirects: Deceptive redirects to unrelated domains are prohibited. The final destination domain must be clear to the user.
7.5. Account Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban advertising accounts that repeatedly violate these content policies or attempt to bypass the moderation system.
