Tracking Campaign Performance and Analytics
Data is key to a successful advertising strategy. Your dashboard provides real-time insights into how your campaigns are performing.
Viewing Your Statistics
To view detailed analytics for a specific campaign, simply go to the Ads tab and click anywhere on the ad’s row. This will open the detail view.
Understanding the Metrics
- Impressions: The total number of times your ad has been displayed on the screen.
- Clicks: The total number of times users have clicked on your ad or Call-to-Action button.
- CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of people who clicked your ad after seeing it. (Formula: Clicks รท Impressions ร 100). A higher CTR generally indicates that your ad copy and image are highly relevant to the audience.
- Spent: The total amount deducted from your budget for this specific campaign so far.
- CPM: Your current Cost Per 1,000 Impressions.
Using the Performance Chart
At the bottom of the detail view, you will find an interactive chart displaying your Impressions and Clicks over time. You can use the dropdown menu above the chart to filter the data by:
- Last 7 Days
- Last 30 Days
- All Time
Note: If your ad has just been launched and has 0 views, the chart and statistics will be hidden until the first impressions are recorded.
