How to Top Up Your Advertising Balance

Before your ads can start running, you need to ensure your advertising account has sufficient funds. We use a secure checkout process to handle all transactions.

Here is how you can add funds to your balance:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to your advertising dashboard.
2. In the top navigation bar, locate your current balance and click the gray Top Up button next to it.
3. A payment window will appear on your screen. Enter the amount you wish to deposit in the Amount field.
   • Note: The minimum deposit amount is $10, and the maximum per transaction is $500. Amounts can be adjusted in increments of $5.
4. If you have a promotional code, click “+ I have a promo code”, enter it in the field, and click Apply before proceeding.
5. Click the blue Pay button.
6. You will be redirected to our secure payment processor (Stripe) to complete the checkout.

Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to your dashboard, and your balance will update automatically. You can view all your deposit receipts in the Documents tab.
