Managing Your Weekly Email Performance Reports
To help you stay on top of your advertising campaigns without needing to log in every day, our platform automatically generates and sends Weekly Performance Reports directly to your inbox. This feature ensures you always have a pulse on how your budget is being utilized and how your target audience is responding to your ads.
This guide explains what information is included in these automated emails and how you can easily manage your subscription preferences.
What’s Inside the Weekly Report?
Our system runs an automated process every Monday morning to calculate your statistics from the previous week. The email serves as a quick, easy-to-read summary of your overall ad performance over the last 7 days.
The weekly report includes the following key metrics:
- Total Impressions: The combined number of times all your ads were viewed.
- Total Clicks: The total number of interactions your ads generated.
- Total Spent: The exact amount of money deducted from your balance over the 7-day period.
- Current Balance: A real-time snapshot of your remaining advertising funds.
Important Note: To keep your inbox clean and relevant, the system will only send you a weekly report if your campaigns actually generated traffic. If you paused all your ads or received zero impressions over the past 7 days, the system will automatically skip sending you an email for that week.
How to Enable or Disable (Opt-Out) of Weekly Reports
By default, you are opted into receiving these helpful summaries. However, you have full control over your inbox and can opt out (or opt back in) at any time.
Here is how to manage your email preferences:
- Navigate to the Documents tab on your Ads Dashboard.
- Look for the Account Settings section located at the top of the page.
- Find the checkbox labeled “Weekly ad reports via email”.
- To stop receiving reports, simply uncheck the box. If you want to start receiving them again, check the box.
- You do not need to click a save button for this specific setting. The system saves your preference instantly when you toggle the checkbox, and a green “Settings saved successfully” notification will appear on your screen.
Strategic Recommendations & Best Practices
While the weekly reports are brief, they are powerful tools for account maintenance. Keep these tips in mind:
- Use it as a Balance Reminder: Because the email includes your current available balance, it acts as a great weekly prompt. If you notice your balance is getting low, you can click the link in the email to log in and top up before your ads are automatically paused for insufficient funds.
- Monitor High-Level Trends: If you notice a sudden drop in your weekly clicks but your impressions remain high, it may be a sign of “ad fatigue.” Use this as a cue to log into your dashboard, clone your existing campaign, and test a fresh image or a new headline to re-engage your audience.
- Combine with Global Analytics: The weekly email is designed for a quick glance. For deeper insights—such as checking your Click-Through Rate (CTR) percentages, analyzing daily spikes, or exporting CSV data—always log in to the Analytics tab on your dashboard.
