During specific promotional periods, we may activate a platform-wide Special Offer that multiplies the funds you add to your account. For example, a “Double Balance” promotion means that if you pay $100, your account will be credited with $200.
How to claim a Special Offer:
- Navigate to your Ads Dashboard and click the Top Up button.
- If a multiplier promotion is currently active, a green highlighted “Special Offer!” notice will automatically appear below the amount input field.
- As you type your desired payment amount, the system will dynamically calculate and display the exact total you will receive after the bonus is applied.
- Proceed to pay via Stripe as usual.
- Upon successful payment, your email receipt will clearly break down your base payment amount and the additional “Special Offer Bonus” credited to your account.
2. Redeeming Promo Codes
We occasionally distribute promo codes to reward loyal advertisers or celebrate special events. A promo code acts as a direct cash deposit into your advertising balance.
How to apply a Promo Code:
- Open the Top Up modal from your dashboard.
- Look for the “I have a promo code” link at the bottom of the window and click it.
- Enter your code into the new input field and click Apply.
- The system will securely process the code. If valid, you will see a celebratory success message, and the funds will be instantly added to your balance.
Important Limitations: Promo codes often come with strict rules to prevent abuse. A code may have a specific expiration date, or a maximum activation limit (e.g., valid only for the first 100 users). Furthermore, our security system ensures that you can only use a specific promo code once per account. If you attempt to use the same code twice, or if the code has expired or reached its limit, the system will reject the request and display an error message.
3. Administrative Adjustments and Refunds
Sometimes, our support team may need to manually add funds to your account. This typically happens if you are issued a refund, receive compensation for a technical issue, or are granted a custom support adjustment.
When an administrator manually increases your balance, you do not need to take any action. The system will automatically send you an email notification stating that your balance was “topped up” by a specific amount, along with a comment explaining the reason for the adjustment.

- Leverage Bonuses for Testing: When you receive bonus funds, use them as an opportunity to experiment. Instead of spending them on your usual ads, clone an existing campaign and test a higher CPM bid or the premium Sidebar format.
