Managing Your Ads: Pausing, Archiving, and Restoring
Maintaining an organized advertising dashboard is crucial, especially when you are running multiple campaigns simultaneously. Our platform provides intuitive tools to control the lifecycle of your ads directly from the main view.
How to Pause and Launch Ads
You have full control over when your approved ads are visible. Pausing an ad immediately stops its impressions and freezes its remaining budget.
- To Pause: Locate an active ad (marked with a green “Running” status) on your dashboard. Click the black Pause button located at the bottom of the ad card. The status will change to “Draft / Paused”.
- To Launch: To resume a paused ad, simply click the blue Launch button on the ad card. It will immediately become active again without needing re-moderation.
Archiving Old Campaigns
If a campaign has finished its run or you no longer need it, you can move it to the Archive to keep your “Active Ads” tab clutter-free.
- Go to the Ads tab and ensure you are in the Active Ads section.
- Find the ad you want to hide and click the three dots (•••) in the top right corner of the ad card.
- Select Archive from the dropdown menu.
Restoring Archived Ads
Archived ads are never permanently deleted. You can view and restore them at any time.
- Click on the Archive subtab located at the top of your Ads dashboard.
- Locate the ad you wish to bring back.
- Click the three dots (•••) in the top right corner and select Restore. The ad will be moved back to your Active Ads tab with a “Draft / Paused” status.
Pro Tip: We recommend archiving campaigns that have exhausted their total budget. This ensures your active dashboard only displays campaigns that require your immediate attention and management.
